We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, BitLife may be the only life sim game in the world at the moment that provides such a wide variety of career options to its players. One of the more popular career paths players enjoy taking in the game is one of fashion and design.
In particular, players want to learn how to be a fashion designer in BitLife. Now, like every other knowledgeable profession in the game, players who want to pursue a career in fashion must attend higher education in terms of college to even have a chance at their dream job.
Luckily for you we’ve come up with the exact roadmap you need to take to successfully achieve your goal in the game.
How to Be a Fashion Designer in BitLife
1. Keep your Smarts up and Graduate High School
We’ve already mentioned how you’ll need to go to college to cement your career as a fashion designer in BitLife. However, to get there you must enroll and graduate high school.
Now, getting through high school itself is relatively easy but you’ll also need to keep an eye on your smarts and keep them as high as possible to make it easier for yourself to get into college.
A good way to have high smarts from the start is to keep rerolling or recreating your character until he/she is born with them.
You could also opt to visit the mind and body section in the main menu and go for activities like visiting the library, studying hard in school, and watching an occasional documentary to get those stats up even more.
2. Keep Graphic Design as your Major in College
Now that you’ve graduated high school with smarts as high as 85 at the very least, you should be able to earn a scholarship that’ll pay for all your expenses when you enroll in college.
The name or type of college doesn’t really matter at this point as you just have to opt for the ones that offer graphic design as a major.
Try to keep your smarts up through college as well as they’ll help you ace the job interview as well after you’ve successfully graduated from college.
3. Look for the Jr. Fashion Designer job in the Full Time Listings
Once you’re done with college, you can now finally start applying for the fashion designer position in the occupations tab on the main menu.
Once you go into the occupations tab, just go into full time listings and you should see the Jr. fashion designer position somewhere halfway on the list as it’s still a relatively decent job in terms of pay.
Ace the interview and work hard until you get promoted all the way to senior fashion designer to attain that job of your dreams.
And that is all it takes folks to be a fashion designer in BitLife. Thankfully, unlike some of the other high paying jobs in the game, the journey to becoming a fashion designer is relatively shorter and doesn’t require any additional higher education after college.
However, you’ll still have to toil to keep your smarts up right throughout the journey as there are just a precious few colleges that offer the graphic design course as their major and they’re pretty expensive.
So, if you’re unable to get the scholarship you may have to take out a huge loan or borrow money from your parents just to get through college.
